The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Unique, with the exception of other reached written agreement between you as a customer and Unique.



When you as a consumer order from our webshop, your parcel will be delivered to a GLS parcel Shop

The day after the parcel has been sent, you will get an e-mail or sms notifying when the parcel is ready for pick up

You can now pick up your parcel during Parcel Shop opening hours

(Remember to bring a valid photo ID)

The parcel will remain at the Parcel Shop for 10 days, available for your pick up.

Note: If you choose delivery by post , please be aware that they are sent as non insured and Unique by Chanell disclaims responsibility for the package arrives. If you wanted insured shipping, choose delivery by parcel.



Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days. For Norway and Sweden to be anticipated from 7 to 10 business days.

If one or more of your items are in backorder from our suppliers this may take longer. If so, we collect your order so that you only pay shipping once.

All packages are sent with GLS. 

If your order is delayed or backordered, you will be notified via email. Remember to post a valid email during checkout, since this is the email we use when contacting you concerning delays and backorders.




At Unique by Chanell, your payments are always processed SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secured through PayPal, which is one of the worlds leading online payment modules and guarantor for your safe shopping experience. Paypal handles all transactions when shopping at Unique by Chanell. A separate Paypal secured checkout window will open when entering your card information.
Our online shop has no access to the card information entered during checkout and can only withdraw the amount you specified and agreed upon purchase. Your entered card number is not stored anywhere after the transaction.
When paying by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your payment history. You have no deductible in case your card is misused in an Internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment. You are thus better protected than in the physical world where you have an excess of DKK 1,200/Euro 162 if your credit card being misused by the use of PIN code.



Overall Unique wishes to determine, that no personal data registered at or .dk in any way will be misused, transferred, sold or in any other way be made accessible to a third party. When placing an order, Unique will ask you for the necessary delivery and contact information. (name, address, zip code, city and email) This information is solely used for handling your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in an decrypted form and saved for at least 5 years. Unique is careful to store this information safely.



A cookie is a name for the fact that a user's behaviour on a network is registered with the user (the user's hard drive). In this way the user can be recognised, for example at a site on his/her next visit.
There is not stored personally identifiable information in a cookie, but rather information about the user's behaviour on a website, such as username to login on a website. A cookie is stored on the user's hard drive along with cached files. A cookie is a text file sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie or you can turn off cookies completely. All these cookies are used for is to recognise your computer.

Technically, cookies can be divided into two types. One type is called "session cookies" - they keep track of what you put into your basket as you navigate online shop. "Session" cookies are not stored on your computer, but disappear when you close your browser.

The second type of cookie called "permanent cookie" and is saved as a text file on your computer for approx. a month. A "permanent cookie" is for our server to recognise your computer the next time you log onto our website.
On use cookies in order to optimise website and its functionality, thus leading the visit as easy as possible for you.
You can always delete cookies from your computer: In Internet Explorer, delete cookies "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "General" -> "Browsing History / Delete Cookies."



Log statistics used at and .dk means that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from and where they leave it etc. Log statistics are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality.



You always have 14 days to withdraw from Unique by Chanell. The 14 days begins when you receive the product.
If you regret the purchase, and withdrawal is exercised, you must at their own expense, return the goods to the address below by 14 days after receipt.

The right of withdrawal can only be exploited if the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal lapses So if you use the product in a way that apparently reduces the sales value significantly.
The purchase of sealed goods only exchanged for similar goods in case of wrong size or if the product is defective.
You can also cancel by denying receipt or failing to pick up the product at the post office / pickup spot.
In return, you must provide your order number, which is the code you were given on your order confirmation. Please note if you want the money back or exchange of goods. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we recommend that goods are returned as a package with Track & Trace number since you will only get your money back when we have received the product and had the opportunity to examine it.
The money will be deposited to the credit card used for purchase. For security reasons we can not refund money for other credit cards. Exceptions to this may be that if the credit card that was used to purchase in the meantime been replaced by new cards.




When you shop with you have 24 month warranty. This means you either get it repaired or replaced, refunded or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This is naturally conditioned by the fact that the claim is justified and that the deficiency is not caused by a misuse of the product or other injurious behaviour
We will refund reasonable freight costs, as you may have in connection with returning the item when the claim is justified.
Remember that the product must always be returned in good packaging, and get a receipt for the shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Unique by Chanell issues you a 2 year warranty on manufacturing or material defects according to Danish  Consumer law. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or normal wear and tear, caused by misuse of the product or other bad behaviour that have resulted in injury. Complaints about failures and shortcomings that should be detected by usual inspection of the product must be reported within 14 days to Unique by Chanell. Note we do not accept parcels sent COD.

How to Shop
To place an order, do the following:
1) Find the item you want. Remember to specify colour and / or size by relevant products
2) Press the "check" in the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the screen.
3) Approve the order content and number in the "Your cart"
4) Enter your personal information in the "Your details" So that you can receive your goods legitimately and the order is executed properly, it is important that you provide ALL relevant information; NAME, ADDRESS and POSTCODE in their field.
5) Check that all entered information is correct and check that you accept the Terms of Trade "Review Order". It is the customer's own responsibility to supply information is accurately reported.
6) Select payment method in the "Payment". When you order a product, simply enter the card number, expiration date and control digits. Control Digits you'll find typically on the back of your credit card. It always consists of three digits.
Approve the purchase to complete the deal. We recommend that you print and save your receipt.

When you order products from our web shop, making our ordering system a warrant in your name and an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address that was reported during the order immediately after payment has been made.
You can always log into my account and check the status of your order, print order confirmation or previous invoices.

The amount is deducted by PayPal. It is free to conduct transactions via debit cards. The conditions are the same as you would normally use these cards. The amount is deducted from your account when your goods are dispatched from Unique by Chanell. There can never be deducted an amount higher than what you have approved during checkout. You choose the payment method when placing your order. 

All prices in our web store are listed including VAT and all prices are listed without shipping costs.

During the checkout process at Unique by Chanell you will be asked the following information:
Card number (16 digit number printed into the card on the front)
Expiration (printed into the card on the front)
Validation code (three digits written on the back of the card ) 




When you order products from our web shop, our order system places an order in your name and an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address, which was given during the checkout, immediately after payment.
You can always log into “My account“ and check the status of your order, print order confirmation or previous invoices.



You can update your online account profile information at anytime.

To change your account information, click on “my account” at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page.

To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.

To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.

To subscribe or unsubscribe to the Unique newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the unsubscribe button.

Updates to your online account profile are effective immediately.
